After careful selection of the grapes varieties of the region, the grapes were harvested and vinified using the most modern technology, destemmed lightly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18ºC in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the aromas typical of the variety.
To serve at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC. It goes well with fish, seafood, white meat, salads and Asian food.
