Grapes: 100% Alvarinho
Vinification: Manual harvest. Destemming, crushing and pressing with highest protection of oxygen. Decanting in vat at 8ºC during 48 hours. Fermentation in concrete vat with controlled temperature, between 12ºC and 14ºC, during 20 days. Aging in stainless steel vat.
Colour: Citrine with greenish notes
Nose: Varietal character: tropical notes – apricot, peach, passion fruit and lime. Slight floral notes
Mouth: Excelent natural acidity with great freshness. Well balanced with a long finish. Persistent aromas
