Taste

Aromas of tropical fruit, spices and vanilla. Velvety and unctuous, with balanced acidity and soft tannins.

Vinification

Grapes are de-stemmed and sent to “vinimatics” for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. Then they are pressed and sent to a refrigerated chamber.

Ageing: It has obtained its complexity and volume while ageing in new Hungarian oak barrels. After ageing, the blend bottles have been submerged in the calm waters of Alqueva, where it maturated for 8 months in unique and excellent conditions at 30 m deep.

Longevity: 4 years
