Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz e Sémillon

Harvest: Mechanic and at night

Taste: A fresh wine with a young profile and citric colors. In the nose, it presents tropical fruits aromas and mineral notes. Soft in the beginning of the mouth, its acidity becomes significant in the end of the taste, awakening the fruit elements, extending the degustation.

Vinification: Antão Vaz and Sémillon varieties grapes are chosen, the Portuguese and the foreign one. As soon as the grapes arrive at the winery, they’re pressed and start the fermentation in stainless tanks, inside a cold room, at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Best served: 6º – 8ºC
