VARIETIES: Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Trincadeira
WINEMAKING: Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a sorting table and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
AGING: Six months in french oaks barrels of 500L.
TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby colour. An exuberant aroma of red berries. Round tanines and full mouthed.
