VARIETIES: Alicante Bouchet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonez
WINEMAKING: Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a vibrating sorting table and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in mechanical basins and oak vats with intense maceration at a controlled temperature.
AGING: French oak barrels for nine months. Eight months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Dark ruby colour. Dark ripe berries and notes of spices from its barrel maturation. Firm tannins, concentration and freshness. Long and lingering finish.
