WINEMAKING: Mechanical vindime during the night. Total destenning. Maceration for about 8 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation with controlled temperatures (15C – 18C) in stainless steel tank for 10 to 15 days.
TASTING: Fresh and fruity, with nice aromas of strawberries and white flowers.
