Vinification
Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties grapes was chosen to this first Flor de Sal red wine. The alcoholic fermentation of Aragonez takes place at “vinimatics” (rotative inox vats), while Cabernet Sauvignon ferments in mechanical presses.
