HARVEST
Between August and September, harvested by hand into small baskets and carried to the cellar where the grapes were carefully selected
VINIFICATION
After total destemming, it was fermented at 26º C in stainless steel tanks, followed by extended skin maceration for about a month and aged for 3 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES:
It exhibits an intense fruity aroma with raspberry and flower notes. In the mouth it reveals its structure with an elegant and smooth finish.
