Taste: A young and fresh wine, citrus in colour, featuring aromas of tropical fruit and mineral overlays. Soft mouth feel and its acidity awakens a fruit component and lingering aftertaste.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in stainless tanks at controlled temperature, in a cold chamber of 10º to 12ºC.
How to Serve: 6º to 8ºC
