COLOUR: Intense ruby ​​with brownish tones

AROMA:  Intense with abundant tertiary notes, resulting from its process of vinification and aging.

TASTING: Intense and complex, soft, elegant and harmonious

VINIFICATION: Total destemming, soft and prolonged pellicular maceration, alcoholic fermentation in granite presses at 26ºC                                     MATURATION: 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% in new lightly toasted barrels and  50% in second-use barrels

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Goes well with moderately or slightly structured fish and meat

CONSUPTION TEMPERATURE: 16 a 18ºC

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14,5% Vol
