VINIFICATION: Total destemming, soft and prolonged pellicular maceration,Alcoholic fermentation at 26 Cº
MATURATION: 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% in new lightly toasted barrels and 50% in second-use barrels with an 11-year aging period in the bottle. Start of marketing in September 2022.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Goes well with moderately or slightly structured fish and meat.
CONSUPTION TEMPERATURE: 16 a 18ºC
