COLOUR: Intense crystalline.
AROMA: Notes of complexity, Citrus and macerated nuances,
TASTING: Complex, fresh, distinct volume in the mouth, intense and long-lasting.
VINIFICATION: Total de-stemming, pellicular cold maceration for 8 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at 18º, 50% in new barrels, 25% in second-use barrels and 25% in stainless steel.
MATURATION: 75% of the wine aged in French oak barrels with soft toast and 25% in stainless steel.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: It goes well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed, as long as it is lightly seasoned and well structured.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: 10-12ºC
