COLOUR: Intense crystalline with greenish tones
AROMA: Predominant in notes of complexity, dry fruits and toasted cereal.
TASTING: Complex, fresh, unctuous and notorious persistence.
VINIFICATION: Total destemming, natural static clarification, 25% fermented in new barrels and 75% in second-use barrels.
MATURATION: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 25% of which in new barrels and 75% in 2nd use barrels. bottled in 2016, has 72 months of maturation in bottle. Market Launch September 2022.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: It goes well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed, as long as it is lightly seasoned and well structured.
