VINIFICATION: Total destemming, soft and prolonged pellicular maceration, alcoholic fermentation in granite presses at 26ºC MATURATION: 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% in new lightly toasted barrels and 50% in second-use barrels
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Goes well with moderately or slightly structured fish and meat
CONSUPTION TEMPERATURE: 16 a 18ºC
