Taste
A good intensity aromatic at chocolate, mint and roseberrys, resulting in an appealing greedy race, with well integrated tannins. Final long and persistent mouth.
Vinification
Maceration Pre-Fermentative at low temperatures. Fermentation in tanks equipped with mechanical robot steps and Malolactic Fermentation in French oak barrels.
Ageing: 6 Months in new French oak barrels
Longevity: 4 to 6 years
Best served: 16º – 18ºC
