 Tasting Notes:

Deep black wine with beautiful violets. Balsamic aromas and dense black fruit notes, pleasantly intertwined with tobacco and layers of vanilla resulting from ageing in wood. Dense mouthfeel, with well-structured tannins and a refreshing acidity typical of our “terroir”. A set of elegant flavours and smooth density, with a long and persistent finish.

Lamb stew, roast lamb or steak.
