VARIETIES: Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho
WINEMAKING: Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a sorting table and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a
low temperature for 19 days.
AGING: In the bottle for a period of three months.
TASTING NOTES: Golden green in colour. An exuberant aroma of tropical fruits. Rich in fruit with a clean freshness.
