Vinification :
The “Bica aberta” method used with a controlled temperature of 14ºC. (one uses fermentation off skins (solid parts are not used in the winemaking process)).
Fermentation (30%) conducted in French oak
barrels for 4 weeks
Stages :
Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months (30%) with light bâtonnage, until it was bottled.

Color: Presents a straw color with green reflections.
Scent: Very fine and delicate, with notes of linden, lemon balm combined with hints of
fresh vanilla, light toast, and ripe mango.
Taste: It has a velvety body with good integration of its acidity. Very complete with a
good expression of mouthfeel volume, long persistence, and refined finish. It
well expresses the unique character of the grape.
Harmonization: Acompanha pratos de peixe assado, carnes brancas e queijos.
Sugestion: Pairs well with roasted fish, White meats and cheeses.
Conservation: This wine can be kept for up to 8 years
