Vinification :
This wine is the result of a careful winemaking of the emblematic grape varieties of the vineyard and was
made by the classic method of open spout, followed by the decantation by the cold. Fermentation at a
controlled temperature of 14ºC for 6 weeks.

Natural stage in contact with fine lees for 12 months until bottling.

Color: This wine presents itself with a medium intensity yellow tint.
Scent: It reveals itself as very complex,with aromas of pronounced intensity, highlighting
notes of chamomile, honeysuckle, lemon peel, apricot, mango, citrus jame, hay,
honey, and a subtle hint of biscuit.
Taste: It’s mouth shows a pronounced and crisp acidity that gives it a well-crafted and
pronounced texture. It has a very long finish with great refinement.
