VINIFICATION
Prefermentative cold skin contact for 4 hours, followedby fermentation at 14ºC for 25 days.
After fermentation, the wine was kept in a tank for 3 months with batonage.

surrounding volume.
Tasting Note: Fresh and persistent.
Serving Suggestions
Serve between 10 and 12ºC. Goes well as a starter , seafood, grilled fish and
cold dishes (salads).
